library staff duties

so many discussion were made about the library staff duties. There is a point that there are less dicussion about the lib staff duties and it is how to deal with users: that are ill tempered, or seem to be distrubed or sick, someone might collapse and other emergencies. my question is what are the procedures the lib staff should follow in handling such cases?

it will take a place on Nov. 28th at 11 am at the informatics training institute in the Gulf University , Hawally... the duration is between 1 to 2 hrs.
