The Foundation of Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain’s Prize for Poetic Creativity is holding its 11th session these days in Kuwait. During this prestigious event, it will celebrate the issuing of the awaited “Encyclopedia of Arab Poets in the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries”. The encyclopedia includes all the poetic works from the entire Arab world. It started with the poets that died in 1801 and goes up to the year 2000. Hundreds of scholars and proofreaders had taken part in the compilation of the encyclopedia which is published in 25 volumes. Millions of scholars, students, and readers will benefit from this great work !
