Kuwait University has announced on Saturday, March 10, 2007 about PhD Scolarships. Note that the required GPA for LIS Ph.D. Scholarships is now 2.67 (for the bachelor degree) instead of 3 points.

i wish there where a phd study here in kuwait. i find it suitable and we have all the needs in the LIS section . at least i think so.
I really wish to have a PhD. Study in Kuwait. I think that Kuwait University-College of Social Sciences (Library and Information Department) has all the qualifications to offer PhD. Program in Library and Information Science. I would like to participate in developing libraries in Kuwait and to learn the new technology related to information. I hope to finish my master degree successfully and then get the PhD scholarship here in Kuwait.
